1) Snack on Nuts: Nuts are a good source of brain-boosting Omega-3 fatty acids and they help prevent blood sugar fluctuations that could result in energy dips.

2) Go for a Walk: Step outside, or take a quick walk around the office a few times each day. Walking promotes blood circulation and sends more oxygenated blood to the brain. This helps boost energy and mental capacity.

3) Sniff Rosemary or Peppermint: The plants themselves or the essential oil has shown to improve memory or mental focus.

4) Listen to Nature: Researchers from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute conducted a study and found that workers who listened to sounds of nature performed better and were happier with their work environment than workers who listened to white noise or general office chatter.

5) Take the Road Less Traveled: Simply doing something out of the ordinary can cause your brain to make new connections and boost concentration.
