A healthy immune system has never been more important. As a natural health care practitioner I have suggestions I’d like to recommend to you toward a plan to increase the effectiveness of your immune system.

10 Tips To Strengthen Your Immune System

  1. Don’t smoke. This is a great reason to quit.
  2. Eat a diet of whole foods, rich in good protein, fruits and vegetables. Avoid fast foods and highly refined foods. Don’t eat sugar.
  3. Exercise regularly. Whether you use a gym or not get your body in motion. Get your heart pumping and your fluids moving. At least get out and walk. If you can’t do that play some upbeat music at home and dance. Exercise helps the immune system.
  4. Keep alcohol consumption to a minimum.
  5. Get plenty of sleep.
  6. Wash your hands frequently throughout the day, especially after touching non-personal items.
  7. Stress actually puts a burden on the immune system. Relax. Take deep breaths. Organize. Plan for the future. Finish half-done projects.
  8. Take high-quality Vitamin C. It is a top choice to support immune health. Many hospitals around the world treated the Corona Virus with Vitamin C.
  9. Vitamin A is involved in immune system support and plays a regulatory role in cellular immune response. It has demonstrated a therapeutic effect in the treatment of various infectious diseases as well.
  10. Vitamin D deficiency can affect the immune system and create an increased susceptibility to infection. Vitamin D was used to treat infections such as tuberculosis before the advent of effective antibiotics. Cod liver oil, a rich source of Vitamin D, has also been employed as a treatment for tuberculosis, as well as for increased protection from infections.
