Ingredients: 8 eggs (cage-free, organic) 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted) 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Topping(s) of your choice Instructions: Beat eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla together Mix coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate mixing bowl. Ingredients: 2 medium apples, sliced thin and cored 3 eggs 3 Tbsp. coconut oil 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp cinnamon 3 Tbsp coconut flour Instructions: Whisk together eggs, coconut oil, coconut milk, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
