Ingredients: Shredded cheese (harder cheeses work best) Parchment paper Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 3. Place cheese in 1 tsp piles on sheet, spacing 3 - 4 inches apart. 4. Bake on the middle rack for 5 - 7 minutes. Ingredients: 1.5 pounds fresh brussels sprouts 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 400° F Toss brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 Tbsp of vinegar.
