Ingredients: 8 eggs (cage-free, organic) 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted) 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Topping(s) of your choice Instructions: Beat eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla together Mix coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate mixing bowl.
