Ingredients: Shredded cheese (harder cheeses work best) Parchment paper Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 3. Place cheese in 1 tsp piles on sheet, spacing 3 - 4 inches apart. 4. Bake on the middle rack for 5 - 7 minutes.
